Muscle Beach is the well-known beach-side, outdoor gym in sunny southern California where many fitness fanatics go to lift weights and build muscle. Whether you are new to weightlifting or are seasoned lifter, our Muscle Beach workout series is designed to give you a taste of what Muscle Beach is all about! Beach setting is optional ;) You can complete all of these workouts with a set of dumbbells, a barbell (if you have it), a pull-up bar and a bench (or stability ball).
