2011 mHealth Summit Photo Recap by Skimble

Once there was eHealth, then there was dHealth, now there is mHealth…and it looks like it’s here to stay.  This week, Skimble was on site at the 2011 mHealth Summit (#mHS11) at the Gaylord in DC.  This year, the summit attracted over 3600 attendees from 46 states and 50 countries.  Here’s our photo recap:

The conference kicked off with some incredible Keynotes and Themed Tracks:

The exhibit hall was packed with innovation including the Start Up Pavilion where Skimble was representing along with Rock Health, CellScope and other great startups.

The first evening was spent at a dueling piano bar!  There we celebrated the QualcommLife 2net device platform launch with Rock Health:

Cheers to mHealth!

The second night was spent with Health in Place’s Disruptive Women in Health Care:

Halle Tecco of Rock Health speaks:

We wrapped things up in style with a little nightcap in downtown DC:

Of course we had to stop by the White House for some eggnog with the Obama’s ;p

Feeling all warm inside, we checked out the National Christmas Tree:

What a trip!  Thanks everyone for making the mHealth Summit so memorable and invigorating, The Foundation for the National Institutes of Health, HIMSS, The mHealth Alliance (mHA) & The National Institutes of Health (NIH).

For those who aren’t too familiar with the event, the mHealth Summit brings together leaders in government, the private sector, industry, academia, providers and not-for-profit organizations from across the mHealth ecosystem to advance collaboration in the use of wireless technology to improve health outcomes in the United States and abroad.

PS: don’t forget to work off those dark chocolate truffles we provided with Skimble’s top free app, Workout Trainer iPhone/iPad and Android!
