Rusty Well's Bhakti flow studio, Urban Flow, will be opening up New Year's Eve in San Francisco.  Urban Flow will be a donation-based studio in the Mission district of SF and here's the yoga class schedule for 2010.

For those that don't know Rusty, he is a well-respected yogi who practices, teaches, and lives Bhakti yoga - the yoga of love and devotion.

Thanks to Emily Goligoski for giving us the heads up!  We've already added the Urban Flow yoga studio on Skimble and can't wait to get ourselves some more yoga zen flowing in our urban SF lives next year.
