Drawing upon elements of yoga and strength conditioning moves, you will build up your skills to complete more advanced poses like Plow, Wheel, and Upward V. Pay special attention to the capabilities of your back and spine. Remember, be patient with your body and allow yourself to pause or repeat to perfect the poses.
