Skimble’s Workout of the Week Challenges: V-Taper & Stretches

We’ve got a wonderful pair of challenges this week, with a great upper body strengthening workout followed by some quality stretches to elongate and limber up those legs. Just add in a quick jog to warm your body up, then you can do these in the warm sun on a nice grassy lawn. Double whammy: great body and wicked tan!
