Skimble’s Workout of the Week Challenges: Core & Upper Body

We’ve officially reached month 6 of our 2014 Fitness Resolutions– how are y’all holding up? This week prepare to challenge yourself with two great workouts we know will get you toned and back on track (if you ever lost track, that is!) in no time. First, grab a pull-up bar and blast that upper body and core. If you aren’t able to complete it, make it a challenge to get ‘er done by the end of the month! Then, get ready to blast that core with 7 minutes of intense stabilization and ab blasting. You’ll like the way you look, we guarantee it 🙂
