Taking breaks can help you relieve stress, recharge your brain and reflect on your class material. So, in between your study sessions, get your heart rate up! Exercising as a student can improve your learning abilities and concentration.
If you are not in school, these workouts are a great way for you to exercise from home and increase your productivity levels.

10-Min Cardio Crunch Time (PRO) – Moderate
15-Min Sit Up. Stand Up. (PRO) – Casual
17-Min Book Break Blast (FREE) – Moderate
24-Min Plyo for Pizza (Free) – Intense
