Did you know that it’s National Dance week? Here at Skimble we want to show you that dancing can also be a great form of fitness! This week we will give you some dance inspired workouts, along with workouts to strengthen all the muscles needed to dance the night away. We are starting the week with Cardio Barre Blast – a ballet-inspired workout designed with micro-movements to develop long and lean muscles. This workout starts with some jumps to get the heart rate up, followed by a well-rounded sculpting session for your thighs, seat and abs.
