The first workout in this series is for your Glutes and Thighs. Your legs contain 60% of your body’s muscles. By strengthening your lower body, you will increase your metabolism, ultimately helping you get lean. This one is all bodyweight, but if you’re up for an extra challenge, feel free to use weights on all the exercises. Get ready to show off those legs!
