The goal of this workout is to do as many reps as possible. Each exercise has 4 rounds with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Write down the number of reps during the rest period and save your final numbers so you can beat it next time. You will need a set of dumbbells for this one. Are you up to the challenge?
