Here’s a fun fitness test that you can do with your friends! In order to be a master of the test, you must stay with us set for set, rep for rep, no pausing! This workout is five rounds of four exercises, 10 reps of each, totaling fifty reps per exercise. Let’s get a Thank-Full Body.
