The Active Trucker programs were created by former truck driver and award winning fitness guru to the trucking industry, Siphiwe Baleka. The workouts in these programs are designed for truck drivers to do right at the side of the truck, at rest areas or in truck stops – anywhere that feels comfortable.
Active Trucker: Phase 1 uses ten basic exercises that truck drivers can do anywhere, anytime and without any equipment. The goal of Phase 1 is to guide you in developing an exercise habit. Each workout builds on the previous, giving you a progression that maximizes your fitness in just four weeks, no matter what your level of fitness at the start. The key to success in this program is to spike your metabolism by doing each exercise with maximum effort.
Active Trucker: Phase 2 continues the exercise progression that was started in Phase 1, with the addition of new exercises and new workouts. This program is designed for truck drivers with a moderate base level of fitness and is ideal if you just completed Active Trucker Phase 1 or have been working out regularly for the last 4 weeks.
