This is a full-body workout using dumbbells. It can be done at home or in a gym setting. Designed to tone and build muscle endurance. Don’t go too heavy or too light for your dumbbells. The exercises should be challenging but not straining. As always, warming up is recommended, as well as stretching afterwards.
