Workout Trainer is far from your one-size-fits-all fitness app! With tons of customization options and targeted training recommendations, you’ll get the best suggestions thrown your way to help smash your fitness goals over and over again.
Reduce time searching and planning your fitness journey and spend more time getting to the end result. Follow these simple steps to get the most out of each training session.
Complete Fitness Assessment
Start by completing the in-app Fitness Assessment to give us an idea of how active you currently are, what fitness goal you want to start with, and the types of training you’re interested in. You can complete the Fitness Assessment during sign-up or update at any time from the left side menu, in the Settings tab.
Input Latest Weight Reading
Update your gender, age, and weight in the Calories Burned section of the Settings tab. These measurements will help you get the most accurate statistics and tracking data as you progress through your fitness journey.
Check Assessment Results
Once you’ve provided us with all this info, you’ll receive targeted recommendations that will help optimize your training experience in Workout Trainer. At any point in time, you can head over to the Settings Tab in the left side menu and select Assessment Results to scope out recommended workouts and training programs. You can also find trainers who specialize in your interests and goals. Follow your favorite trainers to get motivated or even hire an online personal trainer to help you stay on track.
Use Quick Start Option
You can get specific training recommendations based on even more factors such as time constraints, preferred difficulty level, and available equipment by using our Quick Start filtering option. As you complete more workouts, including those you discover through Quick Start, you’ll see more recommendations.
Your Go-To HOME Tab
You can also get lots of new custom recommendations via the Home tab. This is your go-to dashboard for recommendations, favorite workouts, currently enrolled programs and 1:1 Online Personal Training. As you complete more workouts and regularly update your fitness assessment when your goals and needs change throughout your fitness journey, keep checking your Home tab for even more customized recommendations.
