Skimble’s Free Workout of the Week: Focus on Arms (by Coach Kyle Jordan)

This is a light to moderate arm workout. You don’t need to go too heavy. Aim for 8-12 reps in each set. If you’re getting more than 12, the weight is too light. If you’re getting less than 8, the weight is too heavy. Make sure you take 1 minute of rest in between each set.
