This is a workout to help increase endurance for spartan races. Do it to supplement your training as this alone is not meant to be comprehensive. Just make sure you do spartan-approved burpees to prepare for those missed obstacles. Not intended for those new to fitness as this is cardio intense. Replace “Jog on the Spot” with outside running and jogging for maximum effort.
