Try this sequence of full body finisher exercises at the end of your favorite workout to get an extra cardio burst out of your session. Choose weights that are heavy enough that fatigue sets in after 1 min, but not too heavy where you compromise form. Do each move for 60 secs, rest for 2 to 3 mins, and repeat up to 6 times if you’re game!
