This week’s challenges work great together to tackle your lower body and core! Ten reps of each exercise will mean you’re 200 moves closer to total fitness domination. If this feels too easy, focus on good form and steady breathing. No equipment needed too, but you might want an exercise mat or towel for some of the floor work.
