The stability ball is a great piece of equipment that can help you improve balance, strengthen your core and target specific muscles. High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of workout that alternates between max effort activity and lower intensity recovery or rest intervals, for high fat burning and weight loss. Our Intro HIIT program is great if you are new to HIIT style workouts, as they are created with common bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, so you can focus on maxing out the intensity. Total HIIT brings more difficult exercises to get your body feeling the burn in different places, while still maintaining max effort.
