Performance Analysis
First, let’s take a deep dive into our latest logging features so you can make the most of all the tools at your disposal to get and stay fit on-the-go. You can now view your workout performance stats broken down across different exercises, which gives a more in-depth analysis of your strengths and other areas where there might be room for improvement.
Select any of your completed workouts and tap through on ‘My Sessions’ to take an in-depth look at your performance stats. Tap ‘Progress By Exercise’ to view your charts displaying ‘Weights & Reps’, ‘Time’, or ‘Heart Rate’ data. Simply make your selection using the drop-down arrow at the top of the screen to get an overview of your efforts.
Heart Rate Leaderboard
If you’re looking for some extra motivation, why not challenge yourself and work your way up our new heart rate leaderboard? Hook up your Smartwatch or Bluetooth LE Heart Rate monitor and head over to the ‘Leaders’ section in your ‘Community’ tab to join the fun! Check out other like-minded community members OR challenge your own personal records to climb up the ranks. There’s nothing like a bit of friendly competition to keep you on track 😉
Check out other ‘Leaders’ on the board by tapping through to their profiles. You can gain more insight into the workouts they have been crushing and learn from their heart rate stats to improve your own performance. Simply select ‘More’ in the ‘Heart Zones’ section on their profiles and tap through to view their weekly, monthly, and all-time stats.

Skimble’s Free Workout of the Week: Upper Body Superset with Core (by Trainer Lisa Mcnett)
This upper body rep based workout will work your chest, back, and shoulders. You will superset with core exercises and rest in between reps/sets. Rest time is 15 seconds. Be sure to thoroughly warm up your muscles with dynamic stretches and cool down with stretching. Total time is a full hour (workout time is 40 minutes). Light to moderate dumbbells needed and be sure to adjust as needed. Too heavy? Drop the weight. Too easy? Up it a little. Be safe and go sweat!

Rockstar Workout Logging Features in Workout Trainer
With our latest amped-up workout logging features, you can spend less time recording the details of your training sessions and more time getting your sweat on! Download the latest Workout Trainer app update on your Android and iOS devices and see how easy it is to log details that’ll keep track of all the great progress you’re making.
By understanding more about which weights to use and optimizing the number of reps performed to train in certain heart rate zones, you will be able to train more effectively and reach your personal fitness goals faster. Sounds good, right? Better take a peek!
Before playing a workout, tap the ‘Edit’ icon to log your weights and see them in the player as you complete your workouts. When you start your next workout, you’ll notice that the weights you logged during your last session are automatically loaded to save you time and allow you to begin training without any delays. You can also turn this feature off if you don’t want your details to be pre-loaded. Simply tap the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner of the player to change your preferences.
Once you’ve completed a session, tap the ‘copy’ icon to copy the weight resistance and/or repetitions to future rounds of the exercise in the set. You can copy one OR all of these elements.
If you’re off the grid or having connectivity issues, no need to fear! You can also log workouts with rep and weight details offline to sync at a later date. This will allow you to track your progress over time as you repeat workouts and improve your strength/endurance, no matter where you are.
