We’ve got a wonderful pair of challenges this week, with a great upper body strengthening workout followed by some quality stretches to elongate and limber up those legs. Just add in a quick jog to warm your body up, then you can do these in the warm sun on a nice grassy lawn. Double whammy: great body and wicked tan!

You MAY get sweaty, you WILL get fit… with these amazing workout challenges this week! Depending on the dumbbell weight and reps, you can tone up or gain strength with our Weight Training 101 workout. Then put the weights down and grab an exercise mat (and maybe a towel, ’cause you’re gonna get sweaty) for a kick-butt good time in our Lean & Mean Kickboxer (PRO) workout! You’ll thank us later.
