Pump up your stability ball, grab your weights, and roll out your mat. This total body workout requires a little bit of space and a lot of core stability. A key point to remember when working with core-centered movements is to try and keep your belly button pulled toward your spine (as opposed to letting it bulge out). This will ensure you are strengthening a very important muscle involved in core stabilization.Do you have a fitness resolution? This is a slightly more advanced Tabata workout, featuring a set of six exercises, some using a stability ball, repeating 8 times. It is important to do each exercise with as perfect form as possible (number of reps does NOT matter!). USE CAUTION! Do too much, too fast, and you won’t be able to complete this workout! You must pace yourself!
