Check it, Skimblers, ’cause we’ve got two challenges that will leave your entire body worked (in the best way, obviously!). Also, if you rest 5 minutes in between you’ve got a great power hour that you can incorporate in your workout schedule, or you can supplement your existing routine by inputting one of these for the next few weeks. Amp up the resistance on the stair machine or change to some heavier dumbbells to get faster results! *Note: this workout requires home and/or gym equipment so be sure you’re prepared before you get started.
