The moment when you’re checking out the workout you’re about to do and the worst part is something else other than the burpees that are in that workout. That’s the moment you’ve crossed a threshold into burpees not actually being so bad. Soon enough, you’ll be loving them for their quick ability to kick your butt and get you in and out of the gym in a snap.
