Want to feel the burn?! Grab a mini band – make it as strong as you can tolerate – and work your way through this full leg day workout. Make sure you stretch to prevent DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) – you don’t want to struggle with the stairs the next day!

We’re fighting resistance so that we can build lots of muscle! If you have multiple bands, be sure to have them all near. Resistance work is tricky because it’s easy to back down by working with less resistance. Try to stay focused on making sure your last few reps of each movement are difficult. Some of the movements in this workout require an anchor. Try using the leg of a couch, a doorknob, or something else stable. Just be wary of placing your band on anything that has a sharp edge for it will break your band. Let’s get to work!Do you have a fitness resolution? This workout will aid the band problem you’ve got. It’s upper-body focused and a lot of fun.
