Grab your resistance band, it’s time to work on your upper body. This workout is perfect for any location because bands are so versatile and can be used almost anywhere. It’s short but SPICY! This is a light to moderate arm workout. You don’t need to go too heavy. Aim for 8-12 reps in each set. If you’re getting more than 12, the weight is too light. If you’re getting less than 8, the weight is too heavy. Make sure you take 1 minute of rest in between each set.

Show your lower half some love and feel your hard work paying off the next day. Use a pair of medium to heavy dumbbells to strengthen your legs during every other circuit, and tone your limbs with bodyweight plyometrics during the other sets. We’re fighting resistance so that we can build lots of muscle! If you have multiple bands, be sure to have them all near. Resistance work is tricky because it’s easy to back down by working with less resistance. Try to stay focused on making sure your last few reps of each movement are difficult. Some of the movements in this workout require an anchor. Try using the leg of a couch, a doorknob, or something else stable.
