Workout of the Week: Holiday Hops

2012 is winding down but that’s no excuse for you to slack off. Put on your favorite festive tunes and get HOPPING! This ‘jumpy’ circuit workout is great for your legs, glutes & balance. Just be sure to secure your Christmas decorations, hanukkah candles or bowling pins before you start!
