Easily Customize your Training with Regular Client Check-Ins

In general, Skimble Verified Trainers establish a win-win relationship with each client by spending ~4 hours per month checking in with private messaging and creating training content using Workout Trainer. This blog post will share some tips and ideas on how to make regular client check-ins an easy, hassle-free habit.

Update Fitness Assessment

Ask your clients to complete the in-app Fitness Assessment to get a better understanding of their starting point. They can access the Fitness Assessment from the left side menu, in the Settings tab. An accurate Fitness Assessment will give you more insight into how active they currently are, what their main fitness goal is, their gender and age, as well as the types of training they are interested in.

You can also ask your clients to update their weight in the Calories Burned section of the Settings tab. Skimble’s Free Workout of the Week: Intermediate Level Tabata (by Trainer Jeff Guleserian)

No equipment needed! This one is a bit strong in the hip flexors, so it will help augment the overall core. Make sure to keep your form correct. Your job: do as many reps with good form as you possibly can in the 20 seconds of exercise – push it hard! Then rest. The goal is to go all out and use the rest periods to transition and relax. Studies show that this type of interval training maintains a residual cardio effect that boosts calorie burning longer than traditional cardio.
