We were inspired with their quick high intensity workout as it delivers the exercise benefits you would expect from a long run & gym session! This HIIT workout includes body weight exercises, plus a few that utilize a sturdy chair, bench, and wall. Do those moves at max effort/intensity for a period of 30 seconds, then rest and transition onto the next exercise. The human body is the best work of art AND science!
