Tough Workout of the Week: Drop & give me 20!

July 4th is coming up and in honor of our Armed forces we bring you this Military-style workout only made for those who can handle the truth!  We’re gonna make it easy on you and only make you do each exercise for 20 seconds but there’s a catch: you’ve got 10 rounds.  That’s right solider, load up Workout Trainer on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Android device (new!) and…drop down & give me 20!!!
