Muscle Beach is the well-known beach-side, outdoor gym in sunny southern California where many fitness fanatics go to lift weights and build muscle. Whether you are new to weightlifting or are seasoned lifter, our Muscle Beach workout series is designed to give you a taste of what Muscle Beach is all about! Beach setting is optional 😉 You can complete all of these workouts with a set of dumbbells, a barbell (if you have it), a pull-up bar and a bench (or stability ball).
Today we’re going to be targeting your back. Keep your chest up, shoulders down, and get some great retraction in your shoulder blades. Your going to need some dumbbells and great posture for this one. If you have time, do each set 4 times.
