Active_Trucker_programspotlight_1The Active Trucker programs were created by former truck driver and award winning fitness guru to the trucking industry, Siphiwe Baleka. The workouts in these programs are designed for truck drivers to do right at the side of the truck, at rest areas or in truck stops – anywhere that feels comfortable.

Active Trucker: Phase 1 uses ten basic exercises that truck drivers can do anywhere, anytime and without any equipment.  The goal of Phase 1 is to guide you in developing an exercise habit.
