With over 4,000 exercises to choose from, Workout Trainer has created one of the largest exercise libraries available on Android and iOS devices. Members have access to our extensive library to create custom workouts for their clients and friends. Now you can add your own personal touch to our database by creating signature moves that showcase your unique training style. Download the latest Workout Trainer update to start adding your own exercises and reusing them in your workouts. Follow the simple instructions below to get started!
Select ‘My Exercises’ from the left side menu. Alternatively, go into the ‘Workouts’ tab below and select ‘Exercise Library’ to find ‘My Exercises’. Tap the ‘+’ icon at the top right to create a new exercise. Next, add a photo to your exercise by tapping the ‘+’ icon in the center of the screen. You can add multiple photos to show the progression of your exercise by tapping the ‘+’ icon to the right of the existing images.
Tap ‘Next’ to set your exercise details. Here you can adjust the type of exercise to allow for reps, load type and equipment. If you need some extra guidance you can tap the ‘info’ icon at the top right to access our tips for customizing exercises. You can also set the categories in which you want the exercise to appear, for example ‘Bodyweight’. Finally, select the primary and secondary muscle groups for this new exercise. Et voilà, you’re done!
