Lean & Mean is a 3-week training program designed to build, tone and sustain muscle in all the right places. With a combination of full body and lower body workouts, this training program will help you work towards that lean look you’ve been dreaming of. You’ll need access to a pull-up bar, bench, box or step, light weight barbell and a set of medium weight dumbbells as you progress through these 9 workouts.
