Advanced Program Creation
During program creation you can easily swap, re-add, and delete workouts that have been added to your program. Simply tap on the day of the week you want to change and the existing workout will show up with quick editing options below.Changed your mind about a workout you slotted in at the start of the program? No problem, swap it out for another more appropriate workout whenever you want. You can also re-add the same workout on different days, saving you time by not having to search through our database with thousands of workouts. Simply tap on the workout you want to reuse in the calendar and select a day to re-add that same workout. You can easily adjust the schedule of any workout by tapping the green bar at the bottom of the screen ‘Scheduled for Day X’. Once you’ve selected the day you want, save your changes by tapping the ‘+’ symbol to the bottom right.
Advanced Enrollment Customization
Once custom training programs have been shared with clients, they can select their preferred start date on the calendar. At the same time, they can uncheck any of the days of the week when they cannot work out. The program will automatically take this into account and customize the schedule to fit their needs.Don’t forget to set your preferred workout time! You can always adjust this later on by going to the ‘Enrolled Program’ screen and tapping the ‘Settings’ icon at the top right. Here you can change your preferred workout time and set workout notifications. Once you’ve got everything set up, you can share your program/progress via Facebook, Twitter, Email and Text Message. Let your friends know what you’re working towards. It’s a great way to inspire them to join you on your fitness journey or start their own!
Feeling Behind? Easily Reschedule
If something comes up or you fall behind — because let’s face it, sometimes life gets in the way of things — don’t fret; just reschedule! You can reschedule your upcoming workouts or all the workouts left in your program at once. Your 1:1 Trainer can also reschedule workouts for you, so set those workout notifications and you won’t miss out on anything.
