Set clear goals and plan your routine ahead of time to help you achieve those goals. Sticking to any training program can be challenging enough in itself, but setting reminders and having a clear view of your weekly/monthly workout plan can help keep you accountable and motivated. Check out the latest calendar updates below to get that extra kick in the derriére 🙂
From the Home screen in Workout Trainer, tap on your workout week to see the larger monthly calendar view. Alternatively, tap on the Hamburger icon at the top left corner of the Home screen and select ‘Calendar’ from the side nav under the ‘My Training’ section. Tap on today’s date or any other date in the past to log a workout. You can also record any relevant notes about your training sessions and general health.
When you tap on any date in the past, you can see your history of workouts; including program workouts (workouts that are part of a training program you’ve enrolled in). Completed workouts get a checkmark, so it’s easy to see which ones you missed and track your progress. Your status updates (notes) are also displayed on the detailed calendar view, giving you an easy all-around overview of your monthly efforts.
From the individual day view, you can tap through on any workout, program, or status update to see more details including features like ‘edit’ and ‘delete’. You can also see your calendar on our skimble.com dashboard view! Take your pick and see what works best for you.
Don’t forget to check your weekly workout stats as you start making progress on your fitness journey. From the Home screen, simply tap the small ‘Stats’ icon at the top right side of your workout week. Select ‘Active Days/Week’ to see if you’re on track to achieve your weekly goal or select ‘Target Areas Breakdown’ to get an overview of the muscle groups you’ve been focussing on.
