This flowing yoga-inspired workout program is for those who have a good grasp of yoga movement, so if you’ve done our Best Bodyweight Flex I program you’re good to go! This is a three-week program with workouts done three times per week. Each workout is approximately 20 mins in length so time constraints are at a minimum.
