Skimble’s Pro Workout of the Week: Barbell Leg Ladder

This isn’t a ladder made of legs 🙂 but rather a way of counting reps that will go up in nature and then back down again. It provides a great way to exhaust muscle groups for ultimate muscle growth. You will need to do your own warmup and set up your back squat to 60-75% max before starting this workout. If you have another barbell, then go ahead and set up your deadlift too. Keep lighter plates handy to go up or down in weight as your body adjusts to the workout. Let’s get crackin’!
