This barbell workout has an upper body focus. It starts off with an intense HIIT set and finishes with some strength training. For the first portion, find a single weight that will work for all of the exercises so that you are not changing weights between movements. For the second portion, you’ll have to work your way up to your 5-3 rep max, so take more sets if needed. Use the logging feature to keep track of the weights you used and the reps you performed.
