Quick upper body workout for beginner/intermediate level aerial cirque. Perform one 6-minute set, or repeat set up to four times for maximum benefit. Suggested 2-5 lb dumbbells for beginners, with progression to 8-12 lb weights. Get creative if you don’t have dumbbells — for example, try using water bottles as weights.
