With that in mind, we are excited to announce that Workout Trainer now features YouTube workouts. Let’s face it, we all watch YouTube (right 😉 ?!) … now you can watch and follow along to professional, full-length YouTube workout videos seamlessly integrated with the Workout Trainer experience. Add and play YouTube workouts in our streamlined app and get Heart Rate feedback, Cals Burned info, and earn Activity Points to compete on our monthly leaderboard!

Besides keeping track of your heart rate and the number of calories you’ve burned, our integrated workout player also allows you to play/pause your YouTube workouts and rewind/fast-forward them in 10-second intervals.

We’ve already seen some awesome YouTube workouts added by our community members so far, simply find them in-app under the new YouTube workouts category and hit PLAY with a good internet connection for the best all-around experience. You can already enjoy YouTube workouts in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese, with more supported languages coming soon.

This is also a great opportunity for Trainers on our platform to integrate long-form workout videos with their other types of training content on Workout Trainer. Simply tap the ‘+’ icon to create a new workout and select the YouTube workout option to add your own.

You do not have to be a PRO+ member to play these integrated YouTube workouts! However, if you want to create more than 3 workouts on our platform (including adding Youtube workouts), you will need to be a PRO+ member.
